We provide 24/7 managed servers and network support. We install all updates and carry out maintenance outside of normal working hours. We monitor your systems to detect and fix problems before they happen. We try to make IT run as smoothly as possible for you. Our managed services are charged monthly and customized to your needs. General features are:
- Remote Monitoring
We install our monitoring agents onto your systems which regularly check into our central servers. This alerts us to most problems before they are even noticed by our customers.
- Regular Maintenance
We regularly connect to your servers and perform maintenance to keep them running smoothly. We carry out maintenance outside of normal working hours so that updates do not effect your business.
- Remote Support
When problems happen we can access your systems to get them resolved as quickly as possible
- Discounted on-site support
In the unlikely event that we need to come on-site to fix any problems we have a discounted rate for customers using our support contracts
